TEAM COACHING

When team members don’t feel safe to share different ideas, admit mistakes and openly and respectfully disagree, the work suffers.  We work with teams to help them build trust and safety, making it easier to speak up, take risks, problem solve and innovate together.

At the end of an engagement, teams can expect to:

Our team coaching process typically includes:

Discovery: 1:1 interviews with each team member to understand each person’s role, communication style, challenges, and perceptions of the team dynamics.

Design: Based on the information collected, we determine the best assessments, tools, exercises and structure to support the team’s needs. Engagements may include a single day offsite, a series of on-going coaching sessions, team meeting coaching and individual coaching sessions.
