Danielle is an executive and team coach with more than 20 years of experience working with leading organizations. She works both internally and externally as an executive coach and is currently on staff as an internal coach with several organizations. Her previous corporate leadership roles include leading Learning & Development across North America at Ogilvy.
As a team coach and group facilitator, she uses inquiry and compassion to help groups and teams explore, reflect, and challenge each other to deepen their understanding of themselves and each other to work better together.
Danielle graduated from Lehigh University with a BA in Psychology and has a MA in Organizational Psychology from New York University. She received her Executive and Organizational Coaching certification through Columbia Business School and has completed graduate training in Interpersonal Dynamics from Stanford Business School. She also holds multiple certifications including certified practitioner in Change Management and Psychological Safety.
