Executive Coaching
Leadership is authentic influence that gets results. Our approach to executive coaching is rooted in relational practices. We help leaders understand themselves and the impact that they have on others, so they can connect with more authenticity and influence.
Team Coaching
We help teams shift from:
Relationships that get in the way of great work —> Relationships that fuel great work.
When team members don’t feel safe to share different ideas, admit mistakes and openly and respectfully disagree, the work suffers. I work with teams to help them build trust and safety, making it easier to speak up, take risks, problem solve and innovate together.
My team coaching process typically includes:
Discovery: 1:1 interviews with each team member to understand each person’s role, communication style, challenges, and perceptions of the team dynamics.
Design: Based on the information collected, I determine the best assessments, tools, exercises and structure to support the team’s needs. Engagements may include a single day offsite, a series of on-going coaching sessions, team meeting coaching and individual coaching sessions.
Engagement: At the end of an engagement, teams can expect to:
Know each other at a deeper level
Develop a shared understanding of their individual differences and how they show up on the team.
Learn skills to communicate openly and share and receive feedback.
Learn skills to navigate conflict without avoidance or rupture.
Surface more information and improve decision making.
Shared commitment and accountability
Group
Inspired by Stanford Business School’s most popular elective, Interpersonal Dynamics aka “Touchy Feely”, Group helps leaders explore who they are and how they relate to others by focusing on the here and now.
In Group, there is no agenda, no case studies or role plays. Instead, we look at the relationships happening “in the room” to help us learn more about ourselves and each other.
Group fosters the self-awareness and empathy that are essential for creating high-trust teams and leading with authenticity.
Group is for leaders ready to:
Learn how others see you vs. how you see yourself
Communicate and lead more authentically (less pretending and staying safe and distant)
Find out what others really think about how you show up
Notice the impact that others have on you
Learn how to give feedback and have difficult conversations
Understand and communicate better with people who are different than you
Connect more deeply and build better relationships
Develop greater empathy and compassion to lead more effectively
Group is offered both virtually and in person in NYC.
Virtual: Meets 1.5 hours per week for 6 weeks. Days and times vary depending on the Group
In person: Weekend retreats typically begin Thursday afternoon and end Saturday afternoon. Below is a typical agenda, but the exact times may vary depending on the Group:
Thursday: 4:00 – 9:00 pm
Friday: 10:00 am – 8:00 pm
Saturday: 10:00 – 2:00 pm

Organizational Development & Learning
We partner with clients to help them align their people and processes (aka, company culture) with their business objectives. We work together with clients to assess their current challenges and design solutions to help the organization and its people adapt and learn.
Previous client projects include:
Design and implement a new Performance Review process for the company that didn’t want a formal process.
Design and implement a learning architecture to help a consulting company grow its people and reach its strategic objectives.
Design and deliver a women’s leadership program to help a large global advertising agency change the gender composition of its C-Suite.
